Dr. Zimmerman of Benson Animal Clinic is an experienced and caring licensed veterinarian
who goes out of his way to get your pet well quickly and comfortably. For example, Dr. Z understands your pet will recuperate much more quickly at home and has developed treatments to minimize their stay in the clinic. If their treatment requires overnight stays please know that Dr. Z and his staff will treat your loved one as if they were their own.

“My animals and I love Doc and all the staff at Benson Animal Clinic. I do a lot of dog rescue, and their first stop is the Clinic. I've taken in very large (Irish Wolfhound) dogs to very sick, elderly cats and all have been kindly and patiently treated. The Clinic also provides care for rescue groups - including the much maligned Pit Bulls. I refer lots of people to the Clinic as the prices are extremely reasonable, the hours are convenient, and Doc is extremely knowledgeable and caring. Everyone loves it there!”
